Welcome to Jonkgames.com. We sell board games and hobby items. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases on our webshop, within European countries.

2. Ordering
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. The agreement between you and Jonkir Invest ApS is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices on the webshop are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and all other taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but you always pay the price indicated at the time of ordering.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in European countries. The delivery time is typically 2-7 business days for on stock products and 7-14 business days regarding backorders for European countries, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process. We use a wide range of delivery services based on each country, which will be stated, when you checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. You can use the standard withdrawal form below.

7. Returns
When returning, the item must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Complaints
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint. The right to complain means that you can complain about defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase.
In case of a complaint, please contact us via email with a description of the problem and your order number. Depending on the situation, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions continuously. The changed terms and conditions will be published on our webshop, and by making a purchase after the change, you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated to existing customers.

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the Danish courts.
